Refund Policy

Every LovingMelody song is handcrafted to order based on your story. We want every customer to end up with a song they love — and if something's off, we'll either fix it or refund your purchase.

Free Revisions

Tell us what you'd like adjusted within 72 hours of delivery and we'll send a revised version at no extra cost.

Full Refund

If a revision still doesn't land right, we're happy to refund your purchase in full within 7 days of delivery.

How It Works

Free Revisions

If something doesn't feel right about your song, contact us within 72 hours of receiving it by replying to your delivery email or writing to support@lovingmelody.com. Tell us what you'd like changed and we'll send a revised version within 24 hours at no cost.

If a Revision Doesn't Do It

Revisions solve most issues, but if after a revision the song still isn't working for you, we're happy to issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refund requests can be made within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@lovingmelody.com with a brief note about what's not working. We'll process your refund within 2 business days of receiving your request. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What's Covered

A revision means refinements to the existing song — adjusting lyrics, fixing a name pronunciation, fine-tuning tone or emphasis. For fundamental changes such as a different recipient, new genre, different voice, or a completely different story, please submit a new order, as these constitute a new creative work rather than a revision.

Refunds are available within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are not available after that window has passed, or for reasons unrelated to the quality of the song (e.g., the intended recipient's reaction).

Technical Issues

If something genuinely breaks — a corrupted audio file, a missing download link, an email that never arrives, or any other technical problem — contact us at support@lovingmelody.com and we'll fix the issue.

Processing & Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method through our payment processor.
